NarroPath is a faith-based accountability and personal growth application designed for Christian men. The app provides tools for tracking spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, relational, and rest disciplines, as well as messaging and community features. NarroPath is operated as an independent product based in the United States. The legal entity behind NarroPath is currently being established — these terms remain binding during that period. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to NarroPath and its operators.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use NarroPath. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. NarroPath is intended for use by individuals, not on behalf of corporations or other legal entities without our express written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication code. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

You agree to use NarroPath only for its intended purpose of personal growth and accountability. You must not:

• Use the app to harass, bully, or harm other users
• Share content that is obscene, hateful, or discriminatory
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages to other users

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these standards without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of any content you create within NarroPath, including goals, messages, and profile information. Your data is stored securely in our cloud database. By choosing to share content with other users (such as shared goals or messages), you grant those users a limited right to view that content within the NarroPath platform. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the app.

NarroPath offers optional AI-powered features. If enabled, prompts are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. By enabling AI features, you agree to Anthropic's usage policies available at anthropic.com. NarroPath is not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses and makes no guarantees about their accuracy, theological correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI guidance is supplemental and should not replace pastoral counseling or medical advice.

NarroPath offers both free and premium features.

Free features include core accountability tools, goal tracking, messaging, and community features. These will remain free for all registered users.

Paid features may include advanced AI guidance, extended analytics, and premium community tools. Pricing will be clearly disclosed before any charge is made. You will never be charged without your explicit confirmation.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@narropath.com within 14 days.

We strive to keep NarroPath available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the app at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

NarroPath is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the app will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the app is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including loss of goals, messages, or account information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NarroPath and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account & Security → Delete account. Upon deletion, all locally stored data associated with your account will be removed. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service at our discretion, with or without notice.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NarroPath shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

By using NarroPath, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

The short version

• Your data is stored securely in our cloud. Your account and content live in our protected database, hosted in the United States.
• We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
• AI is optional. Only the text of your prompts goes to Anthropic, and only if you turn it on.
• You're in control. Export your data, or permanently delete your account and everything in it, from Settings any time.

NarroPath is a faith-based accountability app for Christian men, based in the United States. We operate under NarroPath Studios LLC (currently being formed). For privacy-related questions, contact us at support@narropath.com.

Information you provide:
• Display name, username, and email address
• Password (stored as a one-way hash by our authentication provider — it cannot be read)
• Two-factor authentication secret, if you enable it
• Profile photo
• Goals, messages, notes, and prayer requests you create
• Your circle, inner circle, and blocked-user lists
• Any reports you submit about other users

Information collected automatically:
• Device type and browser (shown in your login history)
• Login timestamps

Information collected with your permission:
• Approximate location — Used to help connect you with brothers nearby. You are prompted before location is accessed, and you can disable it any time in your device settings.
• Camera & photo library — Used only to set your profile photo.

Information we do NOT collect:
• Your contacts or address book
• Microphone access
• Advertising identifiers or tracking pixels

In the cloud: Most of your data — your account, profile, goals, messages, circles, prayer requests, connections, approximate location, reports, and profile photo — is stored securely in our cloud database and storage, provided by Supabase and hosted on servers in the United States. Access controls ensure your private content is visible only to you and to the brothers you choose to share it with.

On your device only: Some information never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers — your theme preference, your optional AI key, and your personal trackers (budget, debts, savings, giving, check-ins, and hobby timers). Clearing your browser data will erase these.

Security: Your password is stored only as a salted one-way hash, and you can add two-factor authentication for an extra layer of protection.

We use your data solely to provide the NarroPath experience:

• To authenticate your identity when you sign in
• To display your goals, messages, and profile
• To connect you with brothers in your circle
• To calculate your health score
• To send password reset emails when you request them
• To review reports and keep the community safe

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics platforms, machine-learning training, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the app.

Supabase (database, authentication & storage):
Your account and content are stored in our Supabase project, hosted in the United States. Supabase processes this data on our behalf. See supabase.com/privacy.

Anthropic (AI features — optional):
If you enable AI guidance, only the text of your prompt is sent to Anthropic's API — never your name, username, email, or messages. See anthropic.com/privacy.

Netlify (hosting):
NarroPath is served from Netlify, which may collect standard server access logs (IP address, request time, browser type) as part of normal hosting. See netlify.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies.

Within the app, goals you mark as "Shared" and messages you send are visible to the brothers you choose to share them with. Your private goals and messages are never visible to other users. Reports you submit are visible only to our team for safety review.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — View your data in Settings → Data & Privacy
• Export — Download a copy of your account data
• Correction — Update your name, username, and email in Account & Security
• Deletion — Permanently delete your account and all associated data from our database, in Settings
• Opt-out — Disable AI features at any time by removing your AI key

NarroPath is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@narropath.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes — especially those that expand how we collect or use your data — we will provide notice within the app before the changes take effect. Continued use of NarroPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
